Benefits of Honey

1. It strengthens a weak heart, a weak brain and a weak stomach.
2. It is a heart stimulant. All heart diseases should be treated by taking honey.

7. It restores energy. It is considered an excellent energy giving remedy. It is considered more stimulating than alcohol.

9. Ulcers have been reported to have been cured by the use of honey.

Method of using Honey for medication
Usually one or two teaspoon full of honey in a glass of warm water or milk in the morning or evening will be sufficient to treat most ailments. However, in acute cases, honey can be taken more frequently.
Honey ca also be takne with apple cider viengar, lemon juice, warm water or warm or cold milk.
It can be tane on its own, without adding it to any liquid or solid.
If you wish to take honey as a brian tonic, then try this recipe:
Soak 10 almonds in water overnight. In the morning remove the skins, reduce almond to a paste and take two tablespoons fo honey.
To treat gout, place a poultice of honey on the area of pain. It will subside
Boils and burns can be treated with a poultice of honey.
